fantastic location and great service
train station yukata inclusion
i really appreciated the proximity to the train station and the multiple dining options nearby. the room was always clean. i also found the individually controlled air conditioning to be very useful. i especially liked the inclusion of yukata.
i found the water tap in the toilet, a sensor type, caused some inconvenience during usage. a traditional tap would have been more practical. i also missed having a coin laundry in the hotel.

the room included blockout curtains and relatively soundproof walls. we had a full-size bathtub, a hairdryer, and good water pressure. individually controlled air conditioning added to the comfort. japanese nightgowns were a thoughtful addition.

the hotel offered in-house dining options including a cafe and a restaurant. nearby, i noticed various dining choices, from local eateries to western chains like starbucks. the breakfast buffet had a comprehensive spread. it included a couple of western options.

This was so convenient. the airport limousine bus service offered limited times. tcat was accessible with a reasonable taxi fare. a playground was available near one of the shopping centers.

the hotel is conveniently located one block from both the metro line and the jr line. at least three shopping malls are within easy walking distance of the hotel. there is also a supermarket in the basement of the mall. it was so easy to get snacks.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. the room was always clean and fresh. minimal toiletries are provided daily. They also include drip coffee sachets. green tea bags, and complimentary water. this was a nice touch!

I found the hotel's proximity to the train station convenient it made getting around quite easy. the shopping mall connected to the hotel provided quick access to various stores i appreciated that. the room cleaning service was consistent and thorough. i also took advantage of the free shuttle to disney resort. It saved time and money.
The bathroom drainage was a little slow. It's a minor thing but noticeable.

helpful staff convenient shuttle plentiful eateries
The staff helped me with luggage transfers! they filled out forms and contacted the Kyoto hotel. There are many places to eat nearby and a 7-Eleven is across the street. I used the free Disney shuttle and found it very convenient.
The hotel room had a slightly odd smell, I noticed it when I entered the room.

the bed was very comfortable. the sheets were wonderful after a long day. the shower and bath tap in the bathroom were easy to use. the visual instructions were clear for visitors.
the room was south facing so it was very hot. we had to keep the blinds closed. the lighting is very dim and packing in the dark was no fun. it was hot at night with a thick duvet.

convenient location jr line metro line small room curry smell sticky floor
the location near the kinshicho station proved convenient. it had both jr and metro lines nearby. i appreciated that lawson and 7-11 were just across the street too.
i found the room quite small i think this is normal. the room smelled of curry it. the breakfast was a letdown the floor felt sticky.
